Leopard-styled Eject in the menu bar, for Tiger and Panther 10.3.9

It can replace the file found in:
/System/Library/CoreServices/Menu\ Extras/

Repair ownership permissions after copying:
sudo chown -R root:wheel /System/Library/CoreServices/Menu\ Extras/Eject.menu

If unable to find the tick box to turn on in System Preferences then just double-click run the file. If for some reason it won't remain in the menu from session to session, it can be added as a login item.
