This is the ill-fated System 3.1 & Finder 5.2 that Apple never formally released, except on this Printer Installation disk, due to the numerous bugs discovered in it.
Interestingly, this is the same basic System and Finder used by the GCC HyperDrive V2R1 installation disks.
