AKA "Phil & Dave's Excellent CD", this disk from 1989 is the 1st CD of what was to become a long line of Apple Developer CD Series. The CD itself, predates System Software 7.0 by several versions.

From the ReadMe:

••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
                • “Developer Helper” •
                • •
                • Volume 1: Phil & Dave's Excellent CD (prerelease) •
Compatibility:

Although the included Mac software can run and is usable in SSW 6 and earlier, the CD image contains a several floppy disk images in "DiskMaker 1.3" format, an imaging software Apple used before it had Disk Copy 4.2

As a consequence, there isn't a disk mounting software that can mount DiskMaker 1.3 disk images on a SSW 6.0.8 or earlier desktop that I know of (if anyone knows of one please let us know).

DiskMaker 1.3 disk images however, can mount on a Mac Desktop by dragging their icon over onto a Disk Copy 6 icon or into a running Disk Copy 6 window. Although, this requires using a Mac OS 7 or later.
